Dychweliadau / Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. For Christmas, orders placed from 6 November to 24 December can be returned until 31 January.

Need a different size?

Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the size you need.

Pre-orders

You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched.

How to return

Get in touch through our contact page with your order number, then post the item to: Slogan Cymru, Rhiwlas, Caergeiliog, Anglesey, LL65 3YE. Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. If you return a whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the standard delivery charge.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives faulty or isn’t what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we’ll replace it or refund you in full, including return postage.

None of this affects your statutory rights.
