Slogan Cymru operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Slogan Cymru is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referenced in them (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Services.

To use the Services, including browsing our online store or buying any of the products we offer, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and your billing, payment and delivery details. You confirm that all the information you provide in our store is correct, current and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to anyone else.

Section 2: Our products

We have made every effort to show our products accurately in our online store. However, colours and product appearance may differ slightly from how they look on your screen, depending on the device you use and its settings.

Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product at any time, and we may limit the quantities of any product we offer to any person, region or jurisdiction, case by case.

Section 3: Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Slogan Cymru may accept or decline your order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before you submit it. If we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will try to let you know using the email address, billing address or phone number you gave us when you placed the order, and we will refund any payment you have made for it.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund policy.

You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Section 4: Prices and billing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice, but the price you pay for a product is the price in effect when you place your order, as set out in your order confirmation email. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

From time to time we may run promotions that affect pricing and that are governed by their own terms. If the terms of a promotion conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our store, and to keep it up to date so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

You confirm that (i) the payment card information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are authorised to use that payment card for the purchase, (iii) the charges you incur will be honoured by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the posted prices, including delivery charges.

Section 5: Shipping and delivery

Delivery options and costs for your address are shown at checkout and in our Shipping policy. In the UK, standard delivery is £3.95, and delivery is free on orders of £50 and over.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or by events outside our reasonable control, but this does not affect your statutory rights. The products are your responsibility once they have been delivered to you or to someone you have named to receive them.

Section 6: Intellectual property

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, slogans, designs, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and their selection and arrangement, are owned by Slogan Cymru, its affiliates or licensors, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms allow you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any of the material on the Services without our prior written consent. Except as expressly set out here, nothing in these Terms grants you a licence or any other right under any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual property of Slogan Cymru, Shopify or any third party. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Slogan Cymru.

Our names, logos, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Slogan Cymru or our affiliates or licensors. You must not use them without the prior written permission of Slogan Cymru. Shopify's name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Section 7: Optional tools

We may give you access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor have any control or input over. You acknowledge that we provide such tools "as is" and "as available", without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. Any use you make of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should make sure you are familiar with, and approve of, the terms on which they are provided by the relevant third party.

Slogan Cymru is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Slogan Cymru. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any part of any sale made to you through, or in connection with, the Services, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You agree to make any claims about such sales against Slogan Cymru and not against Shopify.

You may be able to create or log in to your Shopify account to save and manage information about your interactions with stores powered by Shopify. Your Shopify account is subject to the Shopify Consumer Terms of Service, and Shopify's use of your personal information is described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

If we cancel an order for this reason, we will refund any payment you have made for it.

You may not use the Services: (a) in any way that breaks any applicable local, national or international law or regulation; (b) to infringe our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (c) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate or discriminate against anyone; (d) to submit false or misleading information; (e) to upload or transmit viruses or any other malicious code; (f) to collect or track the personal information of others; (g) to spam, phish, scrape or crawl; or (h) to interfere with or get around the security features of the Services or any related website or other websites. We may suspend or end your use of the Services for breaking any of these prohibited uses.

We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, for example if you break these Terms. Any sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 6, 11 and 15 to 22, will continue to apply. Ending your access does not affect any order we have already accepted, or your statutory rights in relation to it.

Section 15: Disclaimer of warranties

We do not guarantee that your use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free. Apart from the commitments we make in these Terms and our policies, and the rights you have by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available".

The products we sell must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose, as the law requires. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.

Section 16: Limitation of liability

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We supply products for domestic and private use only, and we are not liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Section 17: Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be treated as removed from these Terms. This does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

If we do not exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms, that does not waive the right or provision. These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on the Services, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services, and replace any earlier or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
